SWEAT is a 30-minute HIIT bootcamp that will enable you to get in and out of the gym in a shorter period of time. SWEAT features less weight lifting and more movements packed into each class. We'll be tapping into some of the smaller muscles that we don't always target during CrossFit programming

Barbell Club

Barbell exercise and ideas are a great way to build explosive strength, toughness and improve many other aspects of CrossFit. Powerlifting has one pure target, which is to make you stronger. Much stronger. Physically & mentally!

Both CrossFit and Pilates are based on functional movements and the ability to control your body under a large variety of demands, leading to improved fitness and health. CrossFit, in order to be done safely and effectively, requires yourb ody to already perform at this functional level; any dysfunction will inevitably lead to injury.

Strongman training is about true function strenght. It is about lifting heavy, awkward objects (like those you entounter in life) and getting them from A to B - whether that is from the ground to overhead, or from one end of the room to the other.

Because of the often-awkward size, shape, and consistency of the objects in strongman, the lifts tend to have less efficiency than those done with a barbell.

These varying loads challeng the neuromusclar system in a way a barbell cannot and better mimic challenges found outside the gym. In the end, though, it should be fun!

Are you not making the progress you want in your CrossFit WODs? There's a good chance mobility is holding you back.

When you don't have proper mobility yourbody is unable to use all of its strength and power to complete a movement, forcing you to feel more taxed afterwards. Proper mobility will not only help with nagging/reoccuring aches and pains, but allow for more flexibility and muscle engagement.

We know you and your family are busy. With that in mind, we have childcare that is available while you workout. With a 300sq ft childcare facility, you can rest easy knowing your children are well looked after. (Any children that act out are disciplined with burpees)
